Play a key role in advancing Anthony Nolan’s mission through driving a mid-level giving programme
Develop and implement tailored fundraising cultivation and stewardship strategies
Manage, develop, and steward a portfolio of existing major supporters and new prospective supporters who have the capacity to give at four and five-figure gift levels
Develop strategic and personalised solicitation and stewardship plans for an existing portfolio of supporters
Collaborate with teams across the organisation, and senior volunteers to identify high-value opportunities
Influence and shape project development by ensuring supporter needs are considered
Represent the voice of the supporter to place them at the heart of the strategy

Significant experience of successful fundraising of four and five-figure gifts
Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Excellent relationship manager with the ability to engage external and internal stakeholders, and leverage connections
A keen networker
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes, database management, and web-based technologies such as SharePoint and MS Teams
