Contribute to workflow optimisation, playbooks, and design operations where needed.

5+ years as a Product/UX/UI Designer, with strong experience in eCommerce or transactional digital products.
A portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX and UI design across complex journeys.
Strong command of accessibility, usability, responsive design, and conversion-centric thinking.
Experience working with complex design systems and governance models.
Clear ability to work within global or multi-team digital environments.
Confident operating from fuzzy briefs, creating clarity quickly, and driving outcomes.
Experience with insight-driven or data-informed design processes.
