Role Overview
- Play a key role in aligning technical decisions with the product vision.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of delivered solutions.
- Support developers and QA engineers on a day-to-day basis.
- Lead software design, development, and code reviews.
- Make key technical decisions and balance trade-offs between performance, scalability, and delivery timelines.
- Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Service Operations Managers (SOMs).
- Promote automation, documentation, and testing best practices.
- Manage developers and QA automation engineers within the squad.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Bac+5)
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including proven experience as a Team Lead.
- French: fluent (C2); English: professional working proficiency (B2–C1).
- Strong expertise in software architecture, development frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Experience with backend and frontend technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
- Good knowledge of observability (monitoring, alerting) and system reliability concerns.
- Ability to validate the technical feasibility of the product roadmap from design through production.
- Experience coordinating across squads and managing incidents in production environments.
