Responsible for analyzing and formalizing product requirements and changes
Lead the study phase, coordinating with stakeholders (BNPP, BPCE and internal functional and technical experts)
Produce detailed functional specifications and ensure their validation
Assess application impacts of business decisions (in collaboration with architects and tech leads)
Define acceptance criteria for changes and oversee/assist the development phase
Produce client-facing documentation for Estreem clients (BNPP and BPCE)
Write test/acceptance plans
Contribute to testing (execution and/or support, analysis of defects)
Communicate and report on testing progress
Contribute to support (incident analysis, identification of workarounds, client communication (BNPP and BPCE), tracking resolution, monitoring issues and post-release fixes)
Requirements
Engineering degree or Master's in Computer Science, preferably with specialized training in payments
At least 3 years' experience in payments, specifically with scheme fees or billing
Fluent in French (C2), professional English (B2-C1)
Strong general knowledge of payments (monétique)
Specific expertise in pricing for major card schemes (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD) and managing associated fees in at least one European country
Familiarity with Agile methodology
