The Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between Operations, IT, and business stakeholders, translating operational and system needs into clear functional requirements.
Analyze existing WMS and ERP workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Process maps and workflows, Data mapping and field-level specifications.
Develop test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on functional requirements.
Validate WMS, ERP, and reporting outputs using SQL queries and data analysis.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)
Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
Proven experience writing Functional specifications, Business requirements, and Test cases and test scripts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
