Manage third‑party warehouse provider (CEVA)
Day‑to‑day management of the CEVA relationship, ensuring service levels are met and that spend delivers value for money
Lead regular operational reviews and escalate or resolve issues in a timely manner
Track and manage performance against agreed KPIs, driving accountability when standards are not met
Identify and implement process improvements, working collaboratively with CEVA to embed better ways of working
Coordinate with internal PC Parts teams globally where warehouse activity has wider impact
Ensure operations remain compliant with international regulations, GE policy, and legal requirements
Manage the logistics flow from supplier collection through to customer delivery, including customs and export/import requirements
Resolve issues along the supply chain promptly, keeping customer impact front of mind
Take ownership of inventory accuracy across the European central warehouse
Maintain and develop KPIs, tools, and reports that provide clear visibility of operational performance

Educated to degree, HNC level, or equivalent knowledge and experience
Practical experience in inventory/materials management and international logistics
Working knowledge of export/import procedures
Experience with an ERP system
Understanding of warehouse management and stores procedures
Proficient user of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel or data management tools
