About this role
Role Overview
- Support in designing, implementing, and optimizing Paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising;
- Monitor KPIs, creating in-depth reports;
- Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate Paid activities into omnichannel strategies;
- Support in running A/B tests and continuously improve targeting, creatives, and performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Digital Marketing or similar;
- Previous experience in agencies or structured companies managing multi-platform paid campaigns is considered a plus;
- Strong knowledge of Office Package;
- Knowledge of Google Ads and other Digital platforms will be considered a plus;
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets;
- Fluent English;
- Native or advanced Italian.
- The knowledge of other foreign languages is considered a plus.
