Working alongside our general accountant, you will join our Finance team to actively participate in the accounting management of our various entities.
You will be fully integrated into the team, with a key role in operational accounting, the preparation and monitoring of reports, and participation in monthly and annual closings.
Accounts payable & receivable: verification, recording, entry and coding of invoices, monitoring internal approval workflows, and following up with operational teams.
Bank accounting: performing bank reconciliations and daily monitoring of cash flows.
Multi-entity reporting & monitoring: assisting in the production of monthly reports and updating dashboards.
Accounting tasks & closings: matching and reconciling accounts, and preparing recurring journal entries.
Internal control: carrying out quarterly control checks.
Administrative & cross-functional support: occasional collaboration with internal teams.
