Role Overview
- Define the technical direction for our frontend stack
- Lead the implementation and governance of our Design System and Component Library
- Own and enforce Core Web Vitals and optimize bundle sizes
- Architect solutions for efficient, localized state
- Act as the internal customer for the frontend platform
- Lead by example through rigorous code reviews
Requirements
- 6+ years of frontend experience (4+ with React/TypeScript)
- Proven ability to diagnose and dramatically improve application performance
- Expert-level understanding of Vanilla JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and browser APIs
- Expert knowledge of GraphQL and Apollo Client
- Must be fluent in English and collaborate effectively with Product and UX/UI
