Establish commercial finance as a core capability within the global finance team, defining operating rhythms and building processes for pricing, revenue forecasting, profitability analysis and campaign reconciliation
Support the regional President and Client Services with annual and long-range revenue forecasts across all revenue streams, translating pipeline and booked campaigns into accurate revenue projections
Provide real-time commercial support to Brand Partnerships and Client Services on pricing strategy, margin expectations, creator economics, rate card governance and cost-to-serve modelling
Review and challenge scopes of work to ensure alignment with financial targets and commercial terms, creating standardised pricing tools for global teams
Ensure opportunities (HubSpot) → projects (Waves) → invoicing (Finance) remain synchronised, partnering with Finance on revenue recognition, cut-off processes, and timely invoicing under IFRS
Serve as finance data owner for HubSpot and Waves, designing workflows for integration including opportunity-to-project creation, budget tracking, deliverable tracking, and automated revenue schedules
Produce weekly/monthly insights for executive leadership on revenue trends, campaign performance vs budget, margin analysis, client profitability, and creator unit economics
Act as finance business partner to the regional President and commercial teams, working with FP&A on monthly management accounts and presenting regional P&L with clear narrative and insights
Represent Finance in pipeline meetings, scoping sessions, and operational stand-ups, providing training to non-finance teams to improve financial understanding
Mentor and develop a Commercial Finance Analyst as the function scales
Requirements
Significant commercial finance experience in creative/media/influencer agencies, digital platforms or similar fast-paced environments
Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, pricing, margin management and revenue recognition (IFRS experience essential)
Advanced financial modelling skills with the ability to translate complex commercial activity into clear financial outcomes
Experience implementing or supporting CRM/PM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms)

Proven ability to build processes and frameworks from scratch in growth-stage environments
Confident communicator and business partner who can influence without authority, working effectively across commercial and finance stakeholders
