Responsible for the operational handling of activities related to payment card fraud prevention and chargeback management
Analyze and triage fraud alerts, in real time or retrospectively (monitoring)
Handle chargeback cases (Visa, Mastercard, CB, Amex, etc.)
Prepare requested materials for disputes (documents, evidence)
Update case statuses in internal tools
Monitor deadlines and follow-ups
Respond to merchants' inquiries related to fraud and disputes
Apply existing operational processes with rigor and accuracy.

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in risk management, finance, law, or a related field
Significant prior experience in payments, dispute management, or fraud
Strong knowledge of payment systems (Visa, Mastercard, CB, etc.)
Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (Excel, internal tools, Google Suite, Zendesk)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and proactivity
Customer-focused mindset, able to deliver effective solutions while ensuring excellent service quality.
