Requirements
Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant field (e.g., International Development, Economics, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or related disciplines).
Strong desk research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise briefs.
Ability to analyze funder priorities, giving history, and strategic alignment
Excellent written communication skills, with attention to clarity, structure, and accuracy.
Ability to draft summaries, briefing notes, and proposal support materials for internal review.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when tracking deadlines, compliance requirements, and multiple prospects simultaneously.
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
Comfort working with online research tools, databases, and shared document platforms.
Interest in philanthropy, foundations, and nonprofit fundraising.
Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Ability to commit 20 to 30 of hours per week for the duration of the internship (schedule flexible based on academic commitments).
