Lead the full research lifecycle, from scoping and recruiting to moderation, analysis, and reporting
Utilise a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods when conducting research
Actively present findings in compelling, creative ways
Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineers
Help represent the voice of the customer and influence the long-term product strategy
Translate research insights into low-to-high fidelity design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
Create a compelling presentation template & research hub for staff to use
Empower the wider design team by creating self-service research templates

A UX researcher with 5+ years of experience
A portfolio that shows how your work directly impacted a product
Comfortable using different UX research methods
Comfortable with research tools and design tools like Figma or Maze
Experience building or scaling research repositories
Excellent communication skills
A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality, pixel-perfect design
A background in Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, HCI, or a related field is a plus
