Map and evolve journeys across Dimo's digital channels (app, web, and conversational channels).
Identify friction points and opportunities for improvement using behavioral data, product metrics, research, and customer feedback.
Analyze data from support tickets, recurring questions, and complaints, translating these inputs into concrete improvements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces that translate business problems and user needs into clear, efficient solutions.
Conduct or support user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate design hypotheses.
Facilitate and/or lead Design Thinking workshops to align stakeholder expectations and prioritize product opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Engineering on handoff and QA of implementations.
Document design decisions, flows, and learnings to reinforce a strong product and experience culture.

Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
Previous experience in UX/UI or Product Design for digital products (web or mobile);
Experience working end-to-end in the design process, from problem discovery to solution validation and handoff;
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, CX, Marketing, etc.);
Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data and use it to inform design decisions;
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, or other discovery methodologies;
Ability to structure complex flows and journeys clearly with a user-centered approach.
