Oversee the use and sourcing of raw materials.
Analyze production costs and processes.
Troubleshoot technical challenges and evaluate product quality.
Design and implement efficient production systems that integrate people, machines, materials, information, and energy.
Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably, safely, and efficiently.

Experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial best practices.
Knowledge of plastics and material technology is highly appreciated.
Experience in cable assembly is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools.
Understanding of safety and quality regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication in Finnish and English.
Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
