Support the execution and coordination of Botify’s customer advocacy programs
Manage and maintain a pipeline of customer advocacy assets, including testimonials, quotes, and success stories, in close partnership with the Account Management team
Coordinate the identification, collection, and validation of customer testimonials across priority accounts
Ensure timely availability and organization of advocacy assets to support marketing, sales, and customer marketing initiatives
Work closely with Content Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure customer stories and proof points are aligned with Botify’s positioning and messaging.
Coordinate and execute Botify’s Masterclass webinar series, a quarterly customer enablement program focused on driving platform usage and feature adoption.
Own the end-to-end execution of Masterclass webinars across North America and EMEA, following an established program framework
Manage operational setup, including webinar creation, campaign setup in Salesforce and HubSpot, registration workflows, and Zoom coordination
Support speaker logistics and readiness in collaboration with Product Marketing and Account Management teams
Ensure post-event follow-up, reporting, and replay availability
Partner with Customer Success and Product Marketing to ensure content relevance and strong customer experience across touchpoints
Support the logistical preparation of Botify’s Customer Advisory Board Summit, taking place in October
Assist the Global Vice President of Brand and Experience Marketing, who leads the event strategy and ownership
Coordinate with the external event agency and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution
Track program execution against defined objectives, timelines, and success metrics
Support reporting and post-program reviews to capture insights and improvement opportunities
Ensure operational rigor across tools, processes, and documentation
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on campaign and project management
Proven experience planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns, including customer-facing programs such as webinars, enablement initiatives, advocacy, or lifecycle campaigns
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel and coordinate cross-functional contributors
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with strong follow-through
Hands-on and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with clear priorities
