CJ Foodville USA is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Manager, Field Marketing to lead their regional field marketing efforts across key regions. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, guest acquisition, and local market sales through innovative marketing initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute field marketing strategies to drive guest traffic, trial, and community engagement
- Develop scalable programs for grand openings, local store marketing, regional campaigns, and community partnerships
- Use data and analytics to identify high-impact market opportunities and optimize performance across regions
- Partner with the Brand Marketing and Digital teams to localize national campaigns and ensure seamless execution
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability across the team
- Build strong relationships with franchisees and provide marketing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals
- Collaborate with Operations, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and consistent brand execution
- Serve as a marketing liaison to regional leadership and franchise advisory groups
- Manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making and prudent allocation of resources
- Track and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations with leadership
- Lead local community marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships to build brand goodwill and increase store visibility
- Support local PR activations in collaboration with the Brand Marketing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing or Regional Marketing roles
- Experience at a major consumer brand (food, beverage, or retail preferred), with exposure to an emerging / high-growth brand a plus
- Relationship-builder – exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners and franchise operators
- Hands-on – equal parts strategic leader and scrappy doer, knowing how to build scalable systems, yet not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance
- Ability to travel – willingness to travel regularly (up to 40%) across assigned region and nationally for key initiatives
