Reviewing aged accounts receivable balances to identify items requiring clearing or reconciliation
Investigating and resolving unapplied cash, credit balances, and disputed invoices
Performing account reconciliations and preparing documentation supporting balance adjustments
Contacting customers when needed to clarify outstanding balances or payment allocations
Collaborating with Billing, Cash Application, and Sales teams to resolve account discrepancies
Applying payments, credit notes, or adjustments to correctly clear balances in the AR system
Maintaining accurate records of investigation outcomes and clearing actions
Supporting reporting on project progress, cleared balances, and remaining open items
Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and company policies
Coordinating and managing requests through the ServiceNow ticketing platform, including creating, aging, updating, and closing tickets
Monitoring ticket progress to ensure timely resolution and compliance with internal SLAs

Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Finance operations
Strong understanding of AR processes, payment application, and account reconciliation
English proficiency at minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is considered an asset
Knowledge of PeopleSoft is considered an asset
Ability to analyze transactional data and identify discrepancies
Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of transactions.
