About this role
Role Overview
Design & deliver onboarding programs.
Build structured onboarding journeys that get new hires productive fast.
Ensure each program is easy to follow, practical, and scalable.
Create and manage sales content.
Develop playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, and other tools to help Sales win.
Keep content relevant, accessible, and adopted by the team.
Drive continuous learning & enablement initiatives.
Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and processes.
Launch programs that elevate performance for both SMB and Mid-Market teams.
Collaborate across teams.
Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, and Operations to ensure alignment.
Collect feedback, measure impact, and optimize initiatives continuously.
Requirements
You are hands-on and strategic in Sales Enablement, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM.
You can create high-impact content (playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks) and also design onboarding journeys and training sessions.
You bring rigor to program management
initiatives are well-structured, adopted, and continuously improved.
You are comfortable collaborating across functions, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive results.
You thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where you can take ownership and make a real impact.
Fluency in French and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.
