Set and carry the Factory's strategic vision in alignment with executive leadership.
Structure and develop the Factory's offering (design, tech, product).
Build and manage the commercial pipeline of prospects.
Ensure profitability and manage the P&L.
Be a delivery leader
Contribute directly to high-stakes engagements: scoping, experience design, MVPs, and agile delivery.
Be hands-on: produce deliverables, support clients, and resolve pain points.
Ensure the quality, relevance, and impact of interventions.
Embody the client relationship
Act as the strategic point of contact for key accounts.
Understand clients' business and technology challenges to propose practical solutions.
Co-design innovation journeys, from initial needs to implementation.
Manage a multidisciplinary team (designers, developers, PO/PMs...).
Develop individual and collective skills.
Foster an environment of trust, co-creation, and supportive high standards.

10+ years' experience in a consulting firm, agency, or studio
Degree from a top engineering, business, or design school
Passionate about experience design, technology, and innovation
Combine strategic vision with a delivery-oriented mindset
Proven track record in consulting or agency environments, with a history of commercial growth and/or leading a business unit
Experience managing a P&L and a solid understanding of business realities (profitability, staffing, delivery, etc.)
Comfortable facilitating executive committees as well as coaching product teams
Recognized for your ability to get things done, natural leadership, and a results-driven culture without sacrificing the human aspect
Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in international environments
