About this role
Role Overview
End-to-end responsibility for the entire sales cycle — from qualified opportunity through discovery and demo to negotiation and closing
Independently manage and develop qualified sales opportunities (inbound & selective outbound)
Conduct structured needs analyses and remote product demos
Conduct collaborative contract negotiations with relevant stakeholders
Maintain, accurately document, and forecast all sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot)
Actively monitor the market and competitors in the SaaS and compliance space
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
At least 1–2 years of demonstrable closing experience, preferably with complex/consultative solutions
Experience selling to SMB and/or mid-market customers is an advantage
Ideally exposure to legal or regulatory products (e.g., data protection, compliance)
Experience conducting discovery calls and software demos
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
