About this role
Role Overview
Lead, scale and inspire the Account Management team
Develop strategies and KPIs for Account Management
Responsible for renewals as well as upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Manage and develop strategically important customers as an equal partner
Design the customer journey after closing
Optimize various processes
Convey customer needs and feedback to product and development teams
Requirements
At least 5 years in Account Management or Customer Success
At least 2 years of team leadership experience (ideally in a SaaS environment)
Empathetic and motivating personality
Strategic thinker with experience building scalable structures in the CS/AM area
Strong communicator, especially when engaging with C-level executives
Proven track record in closing large contracts
Data-focused with confident use of CRM and reporting tools
Fluent German and very good English skills
Experienced with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and common CS and CRM systems
