Role Overview
Grow and expand accounts by identifying new buyers, upselling solutions, and closing new opportunities.
Engage qualified leads and conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs, challenges, and goals.
Create and deliver tailored, value-driven presentations that align with client objectives.
Master Alleyoop’s solutions, industry trends, and best practices to position yourself as a trusted expert.
Collaborate with managers and directors to strategize, execute outreach plans, and optimize campaigns.
Manage inbound and outbound prospect interactions, maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently exceeding quotas.
Identify business needs, handle objections, and deliver persuasive messaging to drive urgency and close deals.
Accurately update CRM records and maintain detailed, organized client information.
Represent the Alleyoop brand with professionalism, clarity, and energy across all communication channels.
Support multiple client campaigns, balancing competing priorities while meeting performance expectations.
Perform outbound calls daily and take on additional projects as needed.
Requirements
Legal residence in Puerto Rico
Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
Reliable computer (desktop or laptop) and high-speed internet connection
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
