- Provide operational support for production applications in a critical environment
- Analyze, triage and resolve incidents, including high-impact incidents
- Handle service requests while ensuring clear and responsive communication
- Use monitoring and observability tools to anticipate problems

- Collaborate with international support teams and project teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support within a production environment
- Curiosity and adaptability
- Strong team player
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in French and English (approximately B2 level)
