About this role
Role Overview
Support our customers from their first days at Skello to ensure they know the tool inside out
Enable customers to use Skello to its full potential through high-quality onboarding and training
Advocate for customers internally by identifying upsell opportunities or risks of dissatisfaction
Contribute to the customer experience during their first months with us
Requirements
Be pedagogical, patient, organized, and persistent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourceful, able to analyze quickly and provide simple answers to complex problems
A strong taste for human contact / customer-facing interaction
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/Intercom) and familiarity with e-learning tools
Comfortable in English. Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian is a strong plus
