Responsible for the disciplinary and functional leadership of two dedicated teams in accounts receivable and accounts payable
Continuous development of the teams with a clear focus on individual strengths and team growth
Actively promote digital transformation and identify automation potential
Ensure smooth processing of payment transactions and liquidity planning
Close collaboration with receivables management and dunning/collections
Responsible for internal and external account reconciliations and participation in month-end and year-end closings
Serve as a competent point of contact for auditors and tax advisory firms
Proactively manage intercompany reconciliations

Completed commercial/business training or equivalent background
Solid professional experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, ideally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Experience and a strong affinity for new technologies and AI-supported approaches
Several years of leadership experience with proven project experience in transformation or optimization processes
Very good knowledge of VAT law
Confident handling of complex accounting issues
Solution-oriented, structured, and independent working style
Excellent IT skills, particularly in SAP S/4HANA, MS Excel, and ideally Navision
Willingness to travel to our Magdeburg location
