You lead a software engineering team (both technically and as the people manager) and continue to develop it through coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
You are responsible for the quality, stability and delivery of our desktop and web applications (including continuous improvement).
You work closely with stakeholders (e.g., Product, Operations, Reverse Game Engineering, Data, Marketing) and ensure clear priorities.
You establish and improve processes, standards and collaboration — without unnecessary overhead, but with tangible impact.

Requirements
