Analyze regulatory developments
Analyze regulatory changes related to payroll and DSN
Identify their impacts on payroll: contributions, bonuses, absences, salary continuation, caps, adjustments…
Identify the reporting impacts in DSN (affected blocks and fields)
Define calculation rules and business cases to be implemented in the product
Write clear, actionable functional analyses for development and configuration teams
Analyze product change requests submitted by users
Understand business use cases and actual needs
Translate these needs into functional rules and specifications
Test implemented changes
Verify functional, regulatory and payroll consistency
Ensure that the delivered solution matches the stated need and the performed analysis
Interact with users to deepen understanding of requirements
Collaborate with legal teams to validate the interpretation of regulatory texts
Work with Product, Tech and Design teams to improve the user experience

5 to 7 years' experience in payroll
Experienced payroll administrator or payroll referent, ideally from a payroll/accounting firm
Or payroll expert at a software vendor or a specialized organization
Strong knowledge of payroll, social regulations and DSN
Good understanding of payroll calculation mechanisms (caps, contributions, adjustments, salary continuation…)
Ability to analyze a business requirement and translate it into clear functional rules
Rigor, analytical mindset and a control-oriented approach
Enjoys teamwork and collaborative environments
