Develop execution strategies for approved offers, product launches, and pricing programs, including contract templates and system setup.
Ensure contracts are aligned to approved strategies, pricing structures, eligibility requirements, and CPC governance.
Write and maintain assigned SOPs and Work Instructions.
Support achievement of commercial G&Os and financial targets through disciplined contract execution.
Partner with Finance, Contract Strategy, Revenue Optimization and Offer Development to monitor performance, identify leakage or risk, and implement corrective actions.
Identify, develop, and retain high‑performance talent.
Drive training, best‑practice sharing, and skill development across the Contract Management team.
Identify, pilot, and scale GenAI‑enabled and advanced technology solutions.
Ensure conformity to business needs, accurate risk allocation, and adherence to J&J policies.
Requirements
A minimum of a BS/BA is required. A degree in Business, Law, Finance, or Sales & Marketing is preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Contracting & Pricing or related business experience with J&J or medical device experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to self-manage in a complex / time sensitive environment.
Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment and build support across a complex set of stakeholders.
Ability to form strong, trust-based relationships with Account Management, Franchises, Deal Managers and Contract Strategy.
Drive to understand the JJMT Surgery products and offerings, strategies and business objectives.
Strong level of ownership and drive for meeting / exceeding expectations.
Ability to drive adherence to protocols and business rules.
Comfort working remotely with multiple lines of business.
Deep experience with the JJMT Contracting systems and support tools helpful.
