About this role
Role Overview
Telephone and digital outreach to potential B2B prospects (primarily warm leads)
Conduct initial conversations with our premium clients and support them through to successful project award
Telephone outreach to existing contacts and current customers
Preparation and follow-up of proposals and quotes
Building and maintaining business contacts via LinkedIn
Planning as well as preparation and follow-up of sales appointments
Documenting all activities in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar tools)
Requirements
Ideally completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics or equivalent
Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the services, insurance, or agency sectors
Confident use of common CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Results-oriented with a strong customer focus
Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and a structured working style
High degree of personal responsibility and absolute reliability
Commitment to continuous personal and professional growth
Willingness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to new challenges
