Lead bid qualification & governance: Lead structured bid / no-bid assessments for airline RFPs, RFIs and RFQs; Evaluate opportunities against strategic alignment, solution and asset readiness, delivery feasibility and risk, commercial attractiveness and margin expectations; Challenge scope, assumptions and timelines where required; Prepare clear, concise recommendations for management decision-making; Ensure bid decisions are documented, consistent and aligned with Amadeus strategy.
Lead end-to-end bid management: Own and orchestrate the full bid lifecycle from kick-off to submission; Define bid plans, timelines, roles and milestones; Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal policies; Coordinate inputs from Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Finance, Legal and Delivery; Drive internal reviews and approvals.
Value proposition and win strategy: Support Sales and Pre-Sales in defining bid win strategies; Ensure responses clearly articulate customer value, differentiation and outcomes; Optimize bid content to maximize evaluation scoring and customer perception.
Commercial & risk awareness: Partner with Finance and Sales to review commercial assumptions and risks; Identify and flag margin, delivery and contractual risks early; Ensure commercial commitments are realistic and defensible.
Continuous improvement: Maintain bid templates, standards and best practices; Capture lessons learned and win/loss insights; Continuously improve RFP tooling, bid efficiency and effectiveness.
