Role Overview
- Lead the Finance & Accounting track for Project Phoenix across R2R, A2R, and Tax
- Own the global process design and ERP process template for R2R, A2R, and Tax
- Build and manage a cross-functional track team
- Define data requirements and partner with Data & IT teams
- Serve as the change leader for Finance stakeholders impacted by R2R, A2R, and Tax changes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting
- 5+ years of leading Finance transformation and/or ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong familiarity with ERP Finance modules
- Deep understanding of R2R, A2R, and Tax processes
