Role Overview
- Conduct outbound calls, SMS, and email outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and qualify leads for HVAC installations, maintenance contracts, and service agreements
- Book appointments and consultations for field sales reps or technicians
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects in CRM systems
- Follow up with inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, appointments set, conversions)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Enterprise SDR, or B2B outbound sales
- Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or property services is highly preferred
- Proven track record in outbound calling and appointment setting
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working US business hours
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan is a plus)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume outreach environment
