About this role
Role Overview
Manage high-volume recruitment processes across corporate areas, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, People (HR), and related functions.
Align candidate profiles with hiring leaders, designing tailored attraction and recruitment strategies according to each area's needs.
Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline, ensuring speed, organization, and an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with a consultative approach, focusing on cultural fit and alignment with company values.
Support hiring leaders in decision-making by providing market insights, analytical data, and strategic recruitment recommendations.
Monitor Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs, proposing continuous improvements and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with partner teams to strengthen the end-to-end hiring cycle.
Requirements
Experience recruiting for managerial, corporate, and commercial/sales roles, handling high-volume recruitment processes.
Experience with corporate positions and close collaboration with sales and operations teams, understanding different profiles and business needs.
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously without compromising quality.
Proficiency in structured interviews and behavioral assessment, applying techniques that ensure selection accuracy.
Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms, along with knowledge of recruiting performance metrics.
