Strategic campaign management: You design and own the end-to-end CRM campaign roadmap (Email, SMS, Print, WhatsApp). You ensure our campaigns not only create emotional engagement but also measurably contribute to customer retention and revenue growth.
Advanced segmentation & lifecycle management: You develop personalized, segmented content based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage and preferences—enabling tailored outreach and maximizing the relevance of our messages.
Hypothesis-driven testing & scaling: You establish a professional testing culture. Beyond simple A/B tests, you analyze long-term effects of incentives, designs and channels to scale winning strategies.
Data insights & LTV optimization: You keep the relevant KPIs (LTV, retention rate, churn) firmly in view. You produce reports for the campaigns you send and derive strategic measures to continuously optimize the customer experience.
Cross-functional leadership & mentoring: You act as the interface between Brand, Marketing, Product and E‑Commerce to ensure all campaigns are strategically aligned and strengthen our brand message.
Requirements
At least 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in CRM or retention marketing, ideally in a fast-growing D2C company or in e-commerce.
Analytical mindset: You love data and use it as the foundation for your creative decisions. Terms like cohort analysis or attribution models are part of your daily routine.
Hands-on mentality with strategic vision: You’re comfortable setting up campaigns yourself but never lose sight of the long-term strategy.
Technical understanding: You have solid experience with CRM tools (ideally Klaviyo) and shop systems (Shopify).
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for emails is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills: You can present complex topics clearly and persuade stakeholders of your ideas.
Proactivity: You spot optimization opportunities before they become problems and drive projects forward independently.
Language level: Fluent German (C1/C2) and business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
Experience with D2C subscription models.
Expertise in orchestrating multi-channel campaigns (omnichannel approach).
Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
