Collaborate with sales teams in understanding customer requirements, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and translating technical features into clear business value
Support RFIs/RFPs, and articulate the value of our solutions to energy industry stakeholders
Partner with product and marketing to relay market feedback, shape value propositions, and influence product development priorities
Lead proof-of-concept implementations, supervise customer onboarding, and ensure a smooth handover of projects to delivery teams with clear documentation
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, promoting best practices in solution use, representing the company at industry events, and staying current on Volue's portfolio, market trends, and the competitive landscape
Requirements
MSc or BSc in Engineering, Energy Systems, Computer Science—or equivalent strong relevant experience from the energy software sector
3–5 years in sales engineering, pre-sales, technical consulting, business analysis or power trading
Strong grasp of technical sales and value selling in complex B2B environments
Domain expertise in European energy markets, power trading, or grid operations
Experience with tools like EMS, SCADA, forecasting platforms, and CRM systems is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Fluency in English (any other language is a plus)
