Role Overview
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients (mid-market and enterprise)
- Manage targets and results
- Conduct renewal follow-ups
- Identify and map new business opportunities
- Lead and facilitate meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
- Participate in events, committees, and seminars
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service and relationship management
- Availability to work in a hybrid model – in-office 3 days per week
PREFERRED:
- Experience building relationships with corporate clients
