Will work in the legal department, particularly on matters related to Civil Procedure, Banking Law and Credit Recovery;
Manage a credit recovery portfolio with external law firms;
Analyze complex legal cases, identify key issues, correctly apply the law and make well-founded decisions;
Review documentation of banking operations to propose procedural strategies for credit recovery and defenses in lawsuits filed by debtors;
Understand banking securities, such as fiduciary alienation/transfer of movable and immovable property, and have the ability to assess their proper constitution;
Stay up to date on changes in legislation, case law and legal practices, and have research skills to obtain relevant information;
Specific knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure;
Banking legislation and credit recovery procedures;
Verbal and written communication skills, including drafting legal opinions, providing guidance and directives to law firms, and communicating with clients and other parties involved;
Organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and efficiently manage workflow.
