You are the legal engine supporting our clients as if we were their in-house legal department
You operate on two levels: for our clients and within our company
You support clients in projects, coordinate with other departments, and provide strategic input
You help further develop internal legal workflows, standard contracts, knowledge bases, and templates
You contribute ideas to improve work processes, tools, and interfaces

First State Law Examination or equivalent degree (e.g., Master in Business Law) with above‑average grades
At least 3–6 years of professional experience, ideally in a legal department or in-house environment
Experience in contract law, data protection, and compliance; experience in employment law and corporate law is a plus
Interest in process optimization, tools, and automation
Ability to work independently, proactive approach, and strong communication skills
German (C2) and fluent English
