Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and act as a liaison between clients and internal resources.
Participate in core project management activities throughout the engagement, including daily stand-ups, status calls, and governance meetings.
Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define current business process requirements in support of designing future AI and automation solutions, including agentic solutions.
Work closely with solution architects and development teams to ensure the delivery of robust, maintainable solutions.
AI business analysts may be asked to develop solutions using low-code platforms, although more complex components are typically developed by specialized teams.
Create and maintain delivery lifecycle documentation in collaboration with internal teams and clients, as required.
Obtain necessary client approvals during validation stage-gates.
Support clients by providing answers, expertise, and recommendations as needed.
Evaluate business processes for automation and AI applicability and prepare corresponding cost-benefit analyses.
Implement benefit realization analyses and dashboards to quantify and communicate the business impact of deployed solutions.
Be accountable for maintaining a high client satisfaction level (NPS – Net Promoter Score) to ensure quality, excellence, and delivered value.
Demonstrate a strong motivation to learn new tools and technologies.
Mentor and support developers on business analysis aspects, technical development questions, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bilingual (French and English) – Requires regular interaction with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
Project management: Ability to manage tasks effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Continuous learning: Strong willingness to learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and automation best practices.
Analytical skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
Programming and scripting: Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, VBA) and an understanding of basic software development concepts (version control, SDLC, Agile).
Generative AI and prompt engineering: Familiarity with generative AI tools, including best practices for prompt creation, structuring effective prompts, and interacting with agent
or assistant-style applications (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Copilot).
Automation tools: Experience with workflow automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Platform, Blue Prism.
Data analytics and visualization: Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for dashboard creation.
Relational database basics: Good understanding of SQL, CRUD operations, and integrating databases with automation solutions (asset).
API integration: Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs for integrating automation solutions with external systems (asset).
Cloud environments: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying and managing solutions (asset).
