Develop holistic measurement strategies, translating business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs, with solutions on how to evaluate the healthcare marketing experience
Lead reporting and analysis of program performance with a team of junior analysts to uncover actionable insights and create an easy-to-understand story on performance and optimizations for clients
Manage client relationships and oversee the day-to-day management of client work. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic vision for measurement to address client needs
Manage a team, including building technical and soft skills as well as day-to-day administrative management duties
Present findings in a professional manner to internal and external audiences
Requirements
Outstanding digital marketing knowledge, with an understanding of integrated digital campaign strategy including paid media planning and buying
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically to assess business results from healthcare marketing and communication tactics
Proven capability in leading programs with demonstrable measurement outcomes and business ROI
Familiarity with healthcare marketing and health specific datasets such as claims, specialty pharmacy, physician-level data (NPI), and/or Veeva (strongly preferred)
Experience in data management platforms (e.g., Databricks) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI). Ability to write SQL data queries nice to have
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that enable you to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
