Proven experience designing complex digital products (B2B or SaaS strongly preferred).
Strong foundation in UX, interaction design, and visual craft.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and proactively shaping direction.
Able to break down complex systems and design scalable, coherent solutions.
Clear, confident communicator who can articulate decisions and influence cross-functional partners.
Experience collaborating deeply with product and engineering.
