Support development and execution of product strategies and marketing plans across global markets.
Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, customer feedback, and industry developments to guide portfolio positioning.
Contribute to product lifecycle management, including launches, enhancements, phase-outs, and pricing strategies.
Work with regional sales teams to drive customer adoption and grow market share.
Create customer‑facing materials such as product brochures, presentations, value propositions, and case studies.
Provide technical and commercial product training to internal teams and distributors.
Support the development of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including website updates, trade show content, and email campaigns.
Partner with communications teams to ensure consistent and compelling product messaging.
Work with R&D to translate customer needs into product development opportunities.
Coordinate with Regulatory and Technical teams to ensure compliance, certifications, and accurate product documentation.
Collaborate with Supply Chain on demand planning, product availability, and forecasting.
Monitor key performance indicators for product lines and marketing initiatives.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and business case analyses for leadership review.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Requirements
Foundational understanding of chemistry or chemical manufacturing (degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field preferred)
Experience in marketing, product management, or commercial roles—preferably within the chemical, materials, or manufacturing industries.
Ability to analyse market research, competitive data, and product performance metrics.
Proficiency with CRM, ERP, and marketing automation tools is advantageous.
