Support Sales and the BU with technical consultancy for layer projects (new farms, expansions and retrofits).
Translate customer needs into technical concepts: capacity, stocking density, bird and personnel flow, biosecurity, egg flow, macro layout and civil/installation interfaces.
Provide agile and assertive support for TOCs and technical clarifications during proposal processes.
Participate in meetings with clients, field visits and technical presentations as the technical representative of the Egg BU.
Perform technical feasibility analyses considering: system type (cage, cage-free/aviary, floor, etc., according to portfolio/region); climate control and ventilation (tunnel, cross, negative pressure, etc.); feeding and water systems; egg collection/transfer; lighting; litter/manure management and interfaces with storage/treatment; welfare, productivity, health requirements and local regulations.
Identify technical risks, constraints and dependencies; propose mitigation measures.
Ensure technical consistency from proposal → engineering → execution → commissioning, coordinating internal interfaces.
Maintain and improve regional application standards, typical solutions, assumptions and checklists for Egg projects.

Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields.
Proven experience in layer/egg production and/or poultry equipment and projects, ideally in: technical support to sales / application engineering; projects and execution (farms, automation, climate control); technical consulting / integration / farm operation; field support / commissioning.
Experience with proposals and technical documentation is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of egg production systems and operational routines.
Ability to analyze and communicate trade-offs (performance, welfare, cost, constructability, operation and maintenance).
Proficiency in Excel and structured calculations; ability to work with equipment lists and specifications.
Reading and interpretation of layouts/drawings (CAD is a plus).
Languages: Portuguese (fluent), English (professional level); Spanish is a plus for LATAM.

Availability for frequent travel within Brazil and LATAM (visits, meetings, trade shows, project support).
