About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and growth plans for the Taiwan market.
Identify market trends, emerging customer needs, and potential business opportunities in the Electronic materials and IC Substrate segment.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and technical team.
Establish team KPIs and performance goals in alignment with company objectives.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
Develop and own account plans to support customer success, drive revenue, and foster long-term partnerships.
Take full accountability for both sales and technical operations in Taiwan.
Work closely with R&D, application engineering, and global product teams to align technology offerings with customer needs.
Analyze market data, sales performance, and competitive activity to inform decision-making.
Support and contribute to the country-level business planning and forecasting process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the PCB or IC Substrate industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership or business management role.
Deep understanding of substrate technology, fabrication process, market applications, and supply chain dynamics.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Experience in working with global electronics manufacturers or foundries.
Familiarity with high-end IC substrate technologies (e.g., ABF, SAP, mSAP processes).
MBA or additional business management training is a plus.
Proven track record in sales strategy execution and business growth.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Ability to translate technical knowledge into commercial success.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
