Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B Financial Services, with direct ownership of a portfolio or book of business.
Proven ability to grow revenue, retain accounts, and influence outcomes across teams while managing client relationships commercially.
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with portfolio metrics like funding volume, utilization rates, revenue trends, and risk indicators.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across teams without direct authority (Salesforce experience preferred).
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn the mechanics of invoice funding, credit, and working capital
Bonus: Experience in fintech, invoice factoring, working capital, or other commercial lending environments.
