Interface with banks: account setups, data updates and operational handling, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Management/monitoring of financial and commercial contracts: contract terms, payment clauses, guarantees and SLAs (in partnership with Controllership).
Credit policy: credit and risk analysis, setting/updating limits and guarantees, periodic reviews and monitoring of exposures.
Delinquency: monitoring and support for mitigation strategies (collateral, renegotiations and agreements).
Monthly closing: reconciliations, support, variance analyses and assuring data quality.
Process and system improvements: ERP/automation, internal controls and KPI monitoring.
Data governance and LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law): management of records (customers/suppliers), bank information and payment terms, ensuring integrity and compliance with LGPD.
Audits: support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong experience in financial routines (AP/AR/treasury/reconciliations/closing), with expertise in cash flow management, collections, delinquency management, credit analysis and approval, and bank relations.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS or similar) and advanced Excel.
Familiarity with compliance, internal controls and audits.
Knowledge of LGPD as applied to financial and customer/supplier data.
