Manage distribution centers, inventory, warehousing and internal material flows.
Plan and coordinate transportation activities, routing, delivery lead times and distribution performance.
Ensure inventory accuracy and product integrity, including equipment and spare parts.
Work collaboratively with engineering, sales, procurement and after-sales to ensure excellent customer service.
Lead operational and administrative teams, promoting development and a culture of continuous improvement.
Participate in defining Supply Chain strategies in Brazil and Latin America.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
Solid experience in logistics, supply chain or operations management in industrial or equipment companies.
Knowledge of import/export, warehousing and transportation management.
Experience with SAP and BI tools.
Leadership, communication and team management skills.
Intermediate/advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
Experience with large-scale projects or complex operations is a plus.
Availability for national and international business travel;

Develop logistics KPIs, monitor costs and implement efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure operations are aligned with the requirements of Big Dutchman projects (equipment, poultry houses, farms, systems).
Implement sustainability, safety and compliance practices across logistics processes.
