About this role
Role Overview
Own Customer Change Requests intake, review, quote development, secure pricing approvals, and obtain signatures
Manage Customer Renewals by preparing contracts and amendments, coordinating approvals and terms negotiation
Support Contract Modifications by drafting and routing amendments, SOW updates, and addenda
Conduct Go-to-Market Research analyzing markets, segments, and competitors to inform campaigns
Attend Company Events including conferences and webinars to engage customers for sales pipeline
Maintain Accurate Records by updating CRM with opportunities, activities, including close plans
Requirements
1
5 years in inside sales or a related customer-facing role (e.g., SDR, renewals specialist, sales ops)
Experience with Enterprise SaaS required; GovTech experience preferred
Familiarity with the sales cycle, renewals processes, quoting, and deal desk basics
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Monday.com, and productivity suites (e.g., MS 365)
Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
Growth-oriented, collaborative, and customer-obsessed with a bias for action
