About this role
Role Overview
Drive early engagement with OEM engineering, procurement, and program teams to influence RF/PCB material selection.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by influencing specifications and aligning with customer product roadmaps.
Promote Rogers products and address RF/microwave application challenges.
Build, manage, and grow relationships with PCB fabricators.
Secure forecasting from fabricators and maintain accurate planning inputs.
Grow key European OEM accounts and coordinate with Asia/US colleagues.
Monitor customer activity, competitor movements, and market trends.
Collaborate with Technical Service, R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain for tailored solutions.
Conduct regular visits to OEMs and fabricators (30–40% travel).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
5+ years in RF/microwave electronics and/or PCB design, fabrication, or materials.
Strong knowledge of RF systems, PCB stack‑ups, and high‑frequency behavior.
Experience managing OEM and fabricator accounts across engineering, procurement, and program functions.
Fluent in English; Nordic language a plus.
Ability to travel within the region (30–40%).
